  • Access or use this website, or

  • Purchase, download, install, or use our software.

This policy also describes our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat your information. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use this website or purchase, download, install, or use our software. By using this website or purchasing, downloading, installing, or using our software, you agree to this privacy policy. Children Under the Age of 13

This website and our software are not intended for children under the 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Information We Collect and How We Collect It

MFM Interactive Systems does not ask for or collect personally identifiable information from any users of this website or our software. However, some third-party services used to host this website and our software may collect personal information and automatically collect various other information, so you should read their privacy policies accordingly. We will provide a breakdown of all services used as well as links to their privacy policies.

This Website

At this time, MFM Interactive Systems has no need to collect any information, personally identifiable or otherwise, from users of this website. As a result, this website has not been intentionally designed with a way to input any data. However, this website is hosted by Google Sites, which may collect information from you (if you have a Google account) and may automatically collect usage data and other information. You can read the privacy policy pertinent to Google Sites here.

Conflict: Sol

Conflict: Sol is a video game developed by MFM Interactive Systems. It is currently hosted on itch.io and Google Play. Therefore, it can only be downloaded and/or installed through those services. MFM Interactive Systems does not ask for or collect any personally identifiable information within the game itself. The only data the game asks the user to provide is a name (or "callsign") after the player completes a playthrough and is awarded a spot on the "high-score" list. All other data saved by the game includes option configuration data and game progress data. This data is automatically saved as the game is played.

However, because the hosting services have their own data collection mechanisms, you should read their privacy policies. The privacy policy for itch.io can be found here. The privacy policy for Google Play can be found here.

Also, because Conflict: Sol uses Google Play Games Services, there is some data that the game automatically sends to Google Play if you are signed into a Google Play account when you play the game. At this time, the only data sent to Google Play are high score data and game achievement data. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Play Games Services from Conflict: Sol. As always, please be sure to read the Google Play privacy policy linked above.

Galactic Insanity!

Galactic Insanity! is a plug-in for a game called Escape Velocity, a 2D Space Trading game originally released in 1996 for Macintosh. Escape Velocity is no longer officially available through the original developer's website, nor is it available on major platforms such as Steam or GOG.com. All files and installers needed to play the game and our plug-in are hosted on various third-party websites, some of which may not have any privacy policies. MFM Interactive Systems has no affiliation with, no direct contact, nor any control over the operators of these third-party websites.

The Galactic Insanity! plug-in is essentially a "mod" of the original Escape Velocity game. This means that various art, audio, and game data has been modified and/or replaced. In addition, the editing tools we used to develop the plug-in cannot modify the game's source code. Therefore, we have not added any mechanism or feature that is able to collect and store additional data, including personally identifiable information.

Check out the Galactic Insanity! page for links to some third-party websites that host the files needed to install Escape Velocity and configure our plug-in.

Music

The music page contains links to various YouTube and SoundCloud playlists. All music created by us is hosted through these services, so you should read their privacy policies accordingly.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy

We may update our privacy policy from time to time. If we make significant changes to our data collection methods and how we treat that data, we will post the new privacy policy on this page with a notice that the privacy policy has been updated.

The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for periodically visiting this privacy policy to check for any changes.
